FOUNDER

Jack’s passion for sports has driven him from a young age—he started coaching at just 13 years old. He holds Level 2 coaching qualifications in both rugby and cricket, as well as an undergraduate degree in PE and Youth Sports Coaching. Eager to transform his love for coaching into something more meaningful, Jack founded Sports Masters Coaching (SMC) with a vision to share his expertise and enthusiasm with local children. His goal? To inspire the next generation through sports, turning his lifelong passion into a fulfilling career.

JUNIOR COACH

With a natural ability to connect with kids of all ages, Finley is a beloved figure in the schools he visits. His energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and he always goes the extra mile to ensure that every child feels seen, heard, and valued.

SPORTS COACH & COVER MANAGER

Meet George, our newly qualified coach. After successfully completing his level 4 apprenticeship with us, George has proven to be a great leader and has now been given a new role of cover manager, alongside his sports coach role. A favourite of both his colleagues and the children.

FOREST SCHOOL LEAD

Sarah leads our Forest School department and after-school clubs with a blend of calmness, intelligence, and a deep understanding of child development. A qualified secondary school teacher, she brings extensive expertise in managing focus groups and providing 1-1 support. Her insightful approach not only enriches our programs but also helps our team grow and develop. Sarah’s dedication ensures that every child she works with feels supported and encouraged to thrive

PLAY LEADER

Olivia is a supportive character and thrives on the milestones the children achieve. A keen and successful rugby player and a key member of the team she has a passion for fostering child development through play, she brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to her role.

SPORTS COACH

Andy, with his bubbly personality and infectious smile, thrives in his role, His enthusiasm and positive energy create an engaging and supportive environment where the kids feel motivated and excited to learn.

Enthusiastic and passionate about children's education. His dedication and positive demeanour make him an invaluable asset, fostering an environment where children and members of staff feel supported and motivated to excel.

Junior Coach

Dylan has slotted into the SMC team with ease. He has shown his passion to lead and has built great relations. We are glad to have him on board and look forward to supporting his progression through the company.

WRAP AROUND CARE PLAY LEADER

Valerie is a well established and valued member of the Churchill wrap around care team. She is full of knowledge and a great support for our office staff.

HOLIDAY CLUB TEAM MEMBER

Holiday club is the place to find our Holly. She can be found engaging and encouraging the children in fun activities. Outside of SMC she is employed by a local nursery.

WAC PLAY LEADER

Meet Jack, a passionate and enthusiastic individual with a love for Formula 1. Having recently passed Level 3 Sports Coaching, Jack is dedicated to developing his skills and knowledge in sports. He has also volunteered as a local boxing coach, where his energy and positive attitude have made a lasting impact. Known for his happy-go-lucky personality, Jack is always eager to take on new challenges and inspire those around him with his enthusiasm and commitment

WAC PLAY LEADER

Meet Kiera! She plays an essential role in supporting our Churchill wraparound care and holiday programs. With her caring and calm demeanor, she’s a trusted presence among both the children and staff. Outside of her work with us, Kiera is also a talented athlete, having reached the finals of the National Cup in U16’s rugby!

Kim can be found in the office and occasionally supporting the wrap around care at our Churchill setting.
