What information is being collected and why?

We will collect, child's personal information - name, age, any relevant medical conditions, contact details such as Email, contact number and emergency contact number and preferred photograph permissions. This information will be collected when you select to sign up with a service provided by us either through inputting data on our booking site, through conversation over telephone call or over Email.

What will you use this information for?

Create registers for Holiday Clubs/Sports Camps, After school club/Breakfast Club.

Update customers with any changes to their bookings or purchases made.

To carry out any contractual obligations made to an organisation/supplier/customer.

To update customers with services and goods that we offer that are similar to a service already purchased.

How/Where you will store the information (i.e. security/access measures)?

All information will be stored on the Sports Masters work encrypted hard drive. Information will also be stored on a spreadsheet specific to the day of any booking made. These spreadsheets will be stored on an external, encrypted hard drive and on the Sports Masters Coaching computer on site at any event Sports Masters Coaching is organising/running.

Information will be stored on Jack Masters Google drive (Is this safe enough? I’m not sure a google drive is safe enough)

Will you share the data with any third parties or not?

Photos may be used on social media for advertisement.

How long will you hold it?

Data will be deleted 30 days after the event date. All photos and photography permission slips will be kept for 3 years unless requested to be deleted.

Where will photos be stored / will photos be taken?

e.g Sports masters company encrypted hard drive and Google drive with a secure password. Photos will only be taken with written permission from parent/carer. Form confirming permissions to take photos will be stored for the same amount of time as image.

What qualifications do you have / allow you to work with children?

BSC degree in ‘P.E and Youth Sports Coaching’. Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a Primary focus. Paediatric First Aid certificate. Introduction to Safeguarding Children. ‘Prevent’ certificate. Female Genital Mutilation awareness CPD training. ‘Keep Them Safe Protecting Children from Child Sexual Exploitation’ Training
