Churchill Holiday Club

Our first ever Ofsted-registered location!

Often described as the Glastonbury Festival of the Sports Masters Coaching calendar, Churchill Holiday Club is a firm favourite with children, parents, and staff alike.

We bring together children from a wide range of schools and backgrounds to enjoy a safe, fun and inclusive environment – the perfect place to spend time with friends and make new ones. Every day is packed with exciting activities, all led by our friendly team.

About our camp


what a day looks like:

  • Drop-off: 8:00am or 9:00am (depending on your ticket)

  • Morning activities: Colouring, crafts and construction toys for a gentle start

  • Core activities: A mix of sports, creative arts and forest school fun

  • Breaks: Mid-morning snack and a lunch break

  • Pick-up: 3:30pm or 5:00pm

What’s on Offer:

  • A wide variety of physical activities such as gymnastics, football, golf, ultimate frisbee and more – perfect for keeping your child active and engaged.

  • Weekly themes like Circus Week and Wet & Wild, with creative activities tailored to each theme.

  • Forest School sessions at least once a week with our qualified leader, Sarah – including den building, bug hotels, fire pits and outdoor cooking.

HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) Provision:

We’re proud to partner with the HAF programme, offering free places to children eligible for benefit-related free school meals. This includes a hot meal every day cooked for us by our friends and office neighbours The Pantry in Winscombe. Please note these spaces are only available in the Easter, Summer and Christmas breaks.

What will my child need ?

What to Bring
To ensure your child is comfortable and prepared for the day, please provide:

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • A healthy, balanced lunch with snacks

  • A refillable water bottle

  • Sun cream

  • Suitable footwear

Do you offer snacks ?

Children should bring their own healthy snacks and lunch. Children attending under the HAF programme will be provided a hot lunch.

Is there a quite space available?

Quiet Spaces
We provide a calm corner with den-building equipment and books, where children can create their own safe space.
There is also access to a quiet pod, where children can relax with a friend in a safe and comfortable environment.

Can you re-apply my child’s sun cream?

Sun Cream
Please ensure your child arrives with sun cream already applied. Staff are unable to reapply it, so children should also bring their own and be able to reapply it themselves throughout the day.

Is there a booking cut off time?

Yes, you can book on to holiday club up until 9am the same day.
